Very disappointing service – product does not fit and no response
I purchased an Audi Aluminium Paddle Shifters set from Exotic Auto, but unfortunately the shifters do not fit my vehicle.
I reported the issue to the supplier more than two weeks ago and have followed up, but I have received no meaningful response or assistance. Despite this, I have now received an email asking me to rate and review their service.
It is extremely frustrating to be asked for a review when my issue remains unresolved and my previous communications have effectively been ignored.
I would have expected the supplier to at least respond, investigate the compatibility issue and arrange either a suitable replacement or refund. Good after-sales service is just as important as making the sale.
At this stage, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Exotic Auto and would rate the service 1/5.
I would still welcome a response from the supplier and a proper resolution to this matter.
Very nice still need to install. Recieved undamaged and very well packed. Will install shortly. Will be nice if you can assist with the chrome side steps for the chev utility.
