Service Process

1. Order & Lens Procurement – Once checkout is completed via PayFlex or PayFast, your order is confirmed and queued for fitment.
2. Shipping or Drop-off – After purchase, we’ll contact you between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM to confirm which branch to deliver your headlights to — Centurion or Johannesburg. You may also deliver in person if preferred.
3. Replacement & Cleaning – We fit brand new Norgelys lenses, clean the internal surfaces, and reseal your headlights to OEM standards using Morimoto butyl sealant. This takes approximately 2-3 days after receiving your unit 
4. Testing & Return – Every headlight is Vacuum tested, quality-checked, and shipped back via insured courier, with tracking provided by email.
